Economic Nonmarket Valuation of Instream Flows

摘要

This paper presents the results of a literature review on the economic valuationof instream flow from the perspective of recreation and nonuse values. In addition to an economic theory discussion focusing on water allocation and recreation, a methodology section describes the results of studies using the travel cost, contingent valuation, and contingent behavior approaches.
