Phase II: Bench-Scale Research on Csg Process. Operation of the Bench-Scale Continuous Gasification Unit

摘要

The feasibility of the CO2 acceptor process has been established in a continuous pre-pilot scale unit. The unit demonstrated operation of a two vessel system with simultaneous operation of one vessel as a regenerator and the other as either a hydrodevolatilizer or a gasifier. In particular, the feasibility of handling the dual fluo-solids system with acceptor continuously showering through and segregating at the bottom of a fluidized char bed under full process conditions of temperature and pressure has been demonstrated.
