The purpose of Task 7.6, Identification of Critical Natural Resources Particularly Vulnerable to Oil Spills, is to provide fundamental resource data which will be used to determine management programs and legislation, to designate permissible and prohibitive uses and to define Geographical Areas of Particular Concern (GAPC).
