Statistical Analysis of Blast Emission Records from Quarrying,Mining and Construction Operations in the State of Illinois.

摘要

This report statistically analyzes a large volume of seismic and impulsive sound data that were recorded by VME instruments. Data were recorded during many types of production blasting operations within the state of Illinois. These operations are concentrated in three principal industries,namely,coal mining,rock quarrying,and construction projects which require the removal of rock for roads,sewer and water line trenches.
