The purpose of the study is to provide technical information on the linguistic composition of Federal clerical jobs in the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico. A clerical task inventory was administered to 311 Federal clerical incumbents in Puerto Rico and task ratings were obtained on relative time spent and language required.
