Historic and Prehistoric Resources, South Table Mountain, Golden, Colorado

摘要

An archaeological survey conducted on 325 acres on South Table Mountain near Golden, Colorado, revealed 4 isolated flaked artifacts and 8 historic features. This report also includes a brief summary of the local prehistory of the Golden-Front Range area, topography and environment of South Table Mountain, and research methods. Mapping to NAER standards of two historic structures, an amphitheater and a bridge, is recommended, and incorporation of the structures into use plans is encouraged.
