Critical Issues in Development Finance

In an effort to define and elucidate development finance issues, a research project was commissioned for a series of papers by some leading experts and practitioners in that field. A working conference, held in January 1980, explored the themes and ideas contained in the papers. This study is a distillation of the papers and the conference.
