Study of Issues and Factors Influencing the Small Business Entrepreneur Involvement in Corporate Business Divestitures

The study addresses the issues and problems of the small business entrepreneur in acquiring divestments of large corporations. Recommendations are presented both for improving the entrepreneurs participation in the divestiture process, and also for enhancing the prospects for a successful transaction.
