After briefly describing the methodology used in the initial effort, this report begins by discussing the differences among traffic courts. The report then describes the functional components of eight distinct modules in a model traffic case management system. These modules represent data preparation case initiation, case updates, case dispositions, accounts receivable, scheduling/docketing, warrant procedures, and output reports. The benefits to be derived from the adoption of a model system are discussed in the last section of the report.
