The 5 papers in this report deal with the following areas: laboratory and field studies of channeling and pumping; subbase permeability and pavement performance; pavement drainage in seasonal frost area, Ontario; simulating pavement performance under various moisture conditions; and, pumping mechanisms of foundation soils under rigid pavements.
