Study of the Targeted Jobs Tax Credit Summer Youth Experience

摘要

The objective of this study was to gather information on how the 1983 Targeted Jobs Tax Credit (TJTC) program for summer youth operated, the extent to which the tax credit was used, what types of jobs were filled, the implementation problems encountered, and efforts of the Job Service and other organizations to promote usage of the program. As part of the study, site visits were made to 18 jurisdictions.
