Statistical Reports: Information on Standard Industrial Classification Codes

The report reviews the rule-making process at the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) to determine (1) how Standard Industrial Classification (SIC) coded data are used in developing regulations, (2) whether the impact a regulation can have on small industries is identified, and (3) whether EPA's regulatory process may have had an adverse impact on the handmade glass industry.
