The Accomplishment Report reflects action taken at the national level during FY 1990 to meet Agency program objectives as set forth in the Agency-wide Multi-Year Affirmative Employment Program Plan for Minorities and Women for FY 1988 through FY 1992. The Plan Update reflects the occupational areas where there continues to be conspicuous absence or manifest imbalance (underrepresentation) of minorities and women in the Agency's work force and, therefore, where affirmative employment efforts need to be directed to ensure continued progress in achieving a representative work force. It describes the Agency's FY 1991 affirmative recruitment and placement goals.
