Transformations of Strict System Equivalence Between Polynomial System Matrices over State-Space (S, Z)

Conditions are established under which polynomial system matrices over state space s, z are strictly system equivalent over state space s, z . The conditions under which polynomial system matrices are strictly system equivalent over state space s, z rather than state-space (z)s are discussed. Conditions under which the zeros of the two matrices are presented by a transformation of strict system equivalence of the state-space system matrices exists if and only if they correspond to the same transfer function matrix.
