Impurity Conduction of n-Type CdS: A 2 Band Approach

The self consistent many body theory for disordered systems is extended further, in order to calculate the impurity conductivities of the In-doped CdS and Cl-doped Cds. The results agree reasonably well with the experimental data. The resistivity is enhanced by the intraatomic Coulomb interaction energy and quenched by the impurity correlation.
