摘要

Several investigations have shown that the mechanical properties of fiber reinforced plastics (FRP) are negatively affected by moisture, particulary at high temperatures. In the present report the attention is focused towards the mechanical degradation of fiber reinforced plastics due to moisture absorption at different temperatures is studied. Static strength and residual strength after random fatigue loading were measured at different temperatures. The strength tests were performed with a moisture content of 1% (by weight).
