摘要

The development program required for a satellite-to-satellite tracking (SST) mission is outlined. System elements are described in terms of needed hardware and software functions. Integration of the SST development program into the POPSAT development program and that of a typical LEO satellite is described. Verification aspects (from simulations up to final verification with the operational system) are covered.
