Beitraege Zu Reaktionsschnellen und Hochgenauen Drehstrom-Positionersystemen (Contributions to Fast-Reacting and High-Precision Three-Phase Positioning Systems)

A high quality positioning system was realized to fulfil the partially contradicting requirements concerning positioning accuracy, positioning stability, high dynamic range, and good perturbation transmission behavior. A permanently excited synchronous machine was fed via a transistor pulsed converter. A control system for positioning drives is described; the limits and applicability of the system are discussed. A measuring data acquisition system is presented. Measurements, performed on a model setup, show very good agreement with the theoretically expected results, and demonstrate the quality of the proposed positioning system.
