EXPERIMENTS WITH ELASTIC SURFACE WAVES IN PIEZOELECTRIC CERAMICS

摘要

Several experiments with elastic surface waves in PZT-4 and PZT-8 are reported. These include measurements of phase velocities, interdigital transducer impedances and surface wave attenuation. Some beamforming methods, a method for visualization of the surface waves and the observation of a new type of surface wave which is strongly dependent on the electrical boundary conditions are also described.
