摘要

An auxiliary heat exchanger was assumed for transfer of waste power-system heat to the process-heat circuit in the life-support system. Process-heat temperature re¬quirements were satisfied by raising the power-system compressor-inlet operating temperature above its design value:about a 40° F (20° C) increase was necessary to transfer heat from the power-system coolant circuit. As a result power-system conversion efficiency decreased by about 7 percent from that calculated at its de-sign conditions.
