A free-programmable character-generator is described, which can be used for the presentation of complex electronic displays. The stroke writing is performed by a combined integration- and Lissajous-pocedure that results in increased display quality.nProgramming of the displayed picture is done by simple statements on punched tape. By his uncomplicated handling, connected with high flexibility and display quality, the generator becomes an excellent experimental tool for the human engineering evaluation of electronic displays.
