THE DETERMINATION OF STRONTIUM IN BONE, MILK AND VEGETABLE ASHES USING ION EXCHANGE SEPARATION AND FLAME PHOTOMETRY

A rapid and sensitive method for the determination of strontium in the presence of large amounts of calcium and other interfering elements found in biological materials has been developed using cation exchange and flame photometry.nAmmonium lactate is used as elegant and the strontium in the elate is determined directly by flame photometry.
