摘要

The application of feedback control by means of material probes or electrodes is limited to plasmas of moderate density and temperature. We shall consider here a basically different approach, using neutral-beam injection to provide feedback-controlled volume sources of particle and momentum density. As a simple illustration, we discuss the stabilization of the resistive drift wave. 10 refs., 4 figs.
