The programme consists of two parts:n- the first part performs the computation of the overall useful heat requirements corresponding to a policy of domestic insulation;heat savings and investments with respect to policies with lower insulation levels are determined.n- the second part uses the information provided by the first part to calculate the total heating plant capacity and the fuel consum¬ption necessary to provide the required space heat.
