Hydraulic Simulation of Local Blockage in LMFBR Fuel Subassembly

摘要

Experimental studies on the local flow blockage in LMFBR subassembly have been conducted to investigate the safety assessment. The water modeling tests have been carried out, in parallel with the development of the code UZU. Fundamental data on the flow field in a pin bundle containing a blockage have been accumulated and applied to check on uncertainities which came upon in the development of the code.
