Search for Direct Photon Production at Fermilab Energies and Comparison with Direct Photon Measurements at ISR Energies

An excess of photons has been detected which when interpreted as single photon production yields a gamma / pi exp 0 ratio which averages .070 +- .025 in the region 1.5
