A 4 pi coincidence neutron counting system with nominal assay chamber dimensions of 1.2 by 1.2 by 2.4 m and a 14% detection efficiency has been designed constructed, and used to determine the plutonium content in large crates of miscellaneous nuclear waste. (ERA citation 07:013926)
