Two Bands Model for the High Temperature Conductivity of the Binary Rare Earth Alloys

The formula for the high temperature spin disorder resistivity for the concentrated Asub(1-x)Bsub(x)C alloys where A,B is an element of Rare Earth (RE) is determined on the basis of two bands model and the coherent potential approximation (CPA). The conductivity given by the 5d bands coming from the RE compounds has been taken into account. (Atomindex citation 15:069501)
