Flash Threshold of Shocked Aluminum Silicofluoride

摘要

For a 0.5-mm polycarbonate flier striking a 0.5-mm polycarbonate target, we found that a velocity of 1.42 km/s was necessary to cause aluminum silicofluoride sprayed on the far surface to flash.
