Solvent naphtha, light aromatic (64742-95-6) was evaluated for developmental toxicity. The test material was administered by oral intubation to pregnant rats (strain and number/group were not reported) on days 6-15 of gestation at doses of 125, 625, or 1250 mg/kg/day. Maternal toxicity (specific endpoints were not reported) and developmental toxicity including reduced fetal body weights and retardation of ossification were observed (dose levels of these observations were not reported). No further information was reported.
