The Farnsworth R.U.C.S. Diagram No. 38 is an empirical conversion of the Mixture Diagram according to the 1931 I.C.I. Standard Observer and Coordinate System. It is designed to provide a graph upon which colors within the ranges available in pigments will plot in rectilinear space according to the psychological color differences specified in the Munsell renotation system.
