Video-Based Systems Research, Analysis, and Applications Opportunities

摘要

Video technology is growing rapidly providing new opportunities for DOD research, analysis, and applications especially in the areas of optical video discs, computer-based microfilm and microfiche, shared analysis or network systems, and video taping and playback. These technologies can be applied variously to intelligence, training, and information management problems in some very unique and cost-effective ways. (Author)
