Intensive Cultural Resources Survey of Future Borrow Areas to be Disturbed during Modifications to the Mississippi River Levee Berm, New Madrid County, Missouri.

摘要

The survey identified 5 archaeological sites and a number of isolated finds in the proposed project area: 2 prehistoric Woodland limited activity loci and 3 deposits of historic material of probably secondary deposition. Because of their probable secondary deposition, the 3 historic sites were assessed as ineligible for inclusion on the National Register of Historic Places.
