A SPICE2 Model for the M732 Analog Timer Integrated Circuit.

The development of a SPICE2 circuit model for the M732 analog timer integrated circuit (Motorola SC25362PH-7749) is described. Overall circuit operation, timer model usage and a comparison of model and hardware measured results are also presented.
