The National Airspace Integrated Logistics Support (NAILS) Master Plan provides requirements and task descriptions governing the implementation of a NAILS program during the life cycle of the National Airspace System (NAS) equipment. The goal of this plan is to develop a single, uniform approach for conducting those activities necessary to (1) cause supportability requirements to be an integral part of system requirements and design, (2) define support requirements that are optimally related to the design and to each other, (3) define the required support during the operational phase, and (4) prepare attendant data products.
