This final technical plan describes the work that will be undertaken to investigate TRCLE contamination in the western tier of RMA. The objectives of task 38 are to: (1) Determine the source(s) of TRCLE in the western tier; (2) For each source, define the contaminant plume; (3) Estimate the percent contribution of RMA TRCLE contamination to South Adams County TRCLE contamination; (4) Obtain all data necessary to determine appropriate removal or final remedial actions. Sections of this report detail information on the following: field sampling, chemical analysis, quality control, health and safety, data compilation and management, and contamination assessment.
