This document provides the background and describes the usage of a set of computer codes (WEIBER) which can be used to analyze failure characteristics using a Weibull distribution. Inputs and outputs are described for each of the fourteen programs within the set; this information is presented in the form of sample cases. Explanatory notes are also included.
