PCB Transformer System as a Decision Analysis Tool

摘要

Regulations promulgated under the Toxic Substances Control Act of 1976 controlthe use of electrical transformers containing polychlorinated biphenyls (PCBs). An interactive computer program was developed to provide guidance on regulations and options for use or replacement of transformers containing 50 parts per million or more of PCBs in the insulating fluid.
