ATEX hoist from Base: New ATEX specification hoist lifts Base Handling Products to a new level

When Epsilon, specialist pharmaceutical project engineers, were asked to refit and upgrade two granulation production rooms for a major client they knew that the successful solution would need innovative mechanical handling equipment in order to meet new legislation on the production of tablets where solvents are being used. The potentially hazardous production environment meant that ATEX standard specifications were required and Base Handling Products Limited were approached to design and manufacture two new machines.
