He succeeds Jose Carlos Grubisich, who is joining ETH Bioenergia SA, as chief executive. Eastman Chemical-Mark J. Costa, currently senior vice president of corporate strategy and marketing, has been named executive vice president and head of the polymers group. He succeeds Gregory O. Nelson, who will retire, effective 1 Aug.
