Fun, fresh and fabulous at Coschem's Ladies Day!

Every year, the Society of Cosmetic Chemists (Coschem) invites members to attend a Ladies Day, held at Oakfield Farm in Mulderdrift, Johannesburg. Speakers from around the country present talks on everything from beauty tips and tricks to parenting methods. Attendees are also requested to bring donations for two charities and this year, The Lighthouse Baby Shelter and The Jes Foord Foundation were the recipients.The day started off with a presentation by Jill Manson of Corollation. Manson, who designed the table centrepieces and sponsored flowers for the stage area, takes a unique look behind the meaning of flowers. 'Each flower contains a message - one that is unique to each individual,' she explained. 'The world gives us exactly what we need, when we need it, and I've been lucky enough to take this journey and help spread the message of flowers.'
