The main expectations that senior citizens have of pharmaceutical packaging are clear enough: the printed information on the package and leaflet should he large enough to read easily, folding cartons should be easy to open, and the medicine should be easy to take out. And these challenges are by no means trivial, especially considering that they are the exact opposite of how packaging needs to be designed to be child-proof.
