A Highly Efficient Decalcification Agent Applied in the Crude Oil of Liaohe

A highly efficient decalcification agent without phosphorus matter or metal included was developed for Liaohe crude oil, and calcium contents in the crude before and after decalcification were analyzed by atomic absorption spectrometry. Influences of agent-to-calcium ratio, water injection amount, reaction temperature, and reaction time were studied. The results showed that at an agent-to-calcium ratio of 0.6, water injection ratio of 10%, reaction temperature of 90°C, and reaction time of 5 min the decalcification rate of Liaohe can reach more than 90%.
