Diffusion of nonionic surfactants diffusion from aqueous solutions into viscous oil

The authors describe the main problems and challenges facing the Russian oil industry. In particular, they present the relevance of the field development with hard-to-recover oil reserves, including abnormally viscous oil deposits, using new high-performance technologies. A review of the existing and perspective enhanced oil recovery methods, the results of laboratory studies of nonionic surfactants diffusion processes during electrohydraulic impact are presented.
