摘要

This article considers the influence of flow-induced vibrations on gas-filled tubing system used in high-pressure gas wells, adopts the fluid-structure interaction four-equation model, combined with data of field example of high-pressure gas well, and utilizes the method of characteristics to simulate the gas and tubing string response to the valve-closure transient excitation at the wellhead. The simulation results show that the tubing alternating stress and tubing reciprocating motion, caused by natural gas transient flow, aggravate the tubing fatigue failure, leakage, and wear damage.
