Independent audif of Lukoil reserves

Lukoil reports that it has completed an evaluation and independent audit of its oil and gas reserves as of 1 January 2003. According to the data audited by Miller and Lents of the US, Lukoil's proved reserves as of that date are estimated at 19.3 bn boe (compared with 16.8 bn boe as of 1 January 2002), including 15.3 bn barrels of oil and 24.2 tn of of gas.
