The terminology of the pre-purchase examination in reference to the forensic veterinary medicine

Due to the result of the various reasons and several purposes of each veterinary exploration taking reference to a possible or non-possible purchase, the various possibilities of examinations have to be differed linguistically from the forensic point ofview. Due to the fact that the used terminology is linguistical inaccurate and is being used for decades, irritations occurred. These definitions are wrong used in the forensic, but also partially even wrong used at random in the veterinary use. In the jurisdiction the use of the terminology is depending an the fact which terminology the parties to the dispute have used. This used terminology is not based an the fact ifthe jurisdiction has drawn the mentors of the forensic veterinary science. This grievance has to be adjusted by repeating the definitions in the linguistic usage ofveterinary, hippological and forensic matters. As well these definitions have to be avoided by a clear linguistic pattern of the terminology. It has to be recommended the usage of contemporary and clearly defined differed terms. Concerning the purchase check-up for ciarification in the future, it should be called "Current veterinary findings". Concerning the "Acquisition examination" having a straight reference to the sales agreement should be called "Examination for the purchase". The examination for liability should be called "veterinary purchase control" due to the fact of the changes in the forensic terminology.
