Tree Grammars in the Problems of Searching for Images by Their Verbal Descriptions

In this paper, we solve the problem of identification of visual information by its verbal description in intelligent systems of graphical database management. The approach we use is rephrasing with the application of the calculus of synonymous transformations. We consider the possibility for using the formal apparatus of tree grammar to perform a classification and combination of natural-language phrases with the same meaning.
