Exemption issued for inert ingredients

In the May 11 Federal Register (77 FR 27628), EPA issued a final rule amending §180.910 by establishing an exemption from the requirement of a tolerance for residues of α -[p-(1,1,3,3-tetramethylbutyl)phenyl]- ω -hydroxypoly(oxyethylene) with a range of 1-14 or 30-70 moles of ethylene oxide. (CAS Reg. Nos. 9036-19-5 and 9002-93-1) when used as an inert ingredient at levels not to exceed 7% in pesticide formulations applied to growing crops and raw agricultural commodities after harvest.
