摘要

In the latest sign that US and EU sanctions already imposed on Iran’s oil exports are having an effect, Dubai’s state-owned refiner and fuel marketing firm Enoc is importing condensates from Qatar to meet local demand. Enoc, which owns a 140,000 b/d refinery in Jebel Ali, says the move was prompted by a combination of price volatility, increased demand and shortage of condensates from Iran because of the sanctions. Previously, most of the Jebel Ali refinery’s condensate requirements were met by supplies from Iran’s South Pars and Kangan fields.
